With a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and 10+ years experience as a yoga and meditation guide, I take a holistic approach to health that honours the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My work blends science-backed wellness practices with meditation, mindful movement, nourishing nutrition, and intentional living.
